Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all transactions made with Divine Path Foundation.
Order Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after payment is confirmed.
In exceptional cases, you may contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to request cancellation. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Divine Path Foundation.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if:
- The product/service is unavailable after payment.
- An incorrect payment amount was debited due to technical error.
- There is a duplicate payment made by the user.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
No Refund Situations
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after order confirmation.
- Incorrect information provided during the order process.
- Delay caused due to unforeseen circumstances or third-party services.
